BIO: I started training for my first show as a way to push myself out of my comfort zone and do something that I normally would never do. I didn't know much about competing at the time and only went to my first show a weak before I competed for the first time. After my first show, I fell in love with the bodybuilding lifestyle and have enjoyed competing ever since.

When I'm not training in the gym or prepping food, I can be found cozied up on the couch with a book and a cup of coffee or doing craft projects (I'm secretly obsessed with knitting at the moment).
