BIO:   I am a retired U.S. Navy Captain. I am also a natural professional bodybuilder, contest judge, promoter and master of ceremonies.

I have been involved in the sport for more than 25 years.

As I turn 71, I still firmly believe that age is a statistic not a burden and there is no reason that a man or women at any age and with or without ailments cannot get into and maintain the best shape of their lives. It just takes the will, discipline and grit to do it!
