BIO: I started seeing a nutritionist and found my way back to the gym in August 2021 as an outlet for the stress related to working the frontline of COVID-19 pandemic. Working with a nutritionist and personal trainer saved me during a very difficult time. Over the past two years, I have re-built my confidence and self-esteem, learned to effectively manage stress, further developed my leadership skills and most importantly, found my happiness again.
