I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Jamacia. I have a great passion for health and fitness and I would like to be an inspiration and motivation to others to help them reach their fitness goals.
I love the knowledge that I have been gaining by reading tons of magazines on fitness and health. I wanted to learn more so I decided to pursue my training as a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
