BIO: My name is Brittany McLaughlin I am a bodybuilder from Mount Vernon, New York who started my fitness journey in 2014. I was always an active athlete during college and I was on a tennis team for more than 7+ years including high school. In 2015, my fitness journey took a strong turn and I became more focused on maintaining a healthier lifestyle as well as making major changes to my body. One of the biggest goals that I made to myself was to do a competition. I have competed twice with the NGA and have found that the National Gym Association has so much room for personal growth, I am happy that I found the NGA. I have learned to love my body in all the different stages of my fitness journey, and I have found that my love for fitness has grown even more.
