BIO: I am the owner of GYB Strength, a business and community focused on empowering others with health and fitness. My goal is for those who struggle with themselves to discover their own power. I believe that fitness and weightlifting should be accessible to everyone and provide them with inner and outer strength. Lifting weights helped me overcome a lifelong struggle with my body, depression, and anxiety, and provided me an incredible platform to share that with others. It is my life's mission to do so.
