BIO: I turned to a fitness lifestyle because of my family health history. I wanted to be able to run and play with my son; to watch him get older. I first started training at home during the Covid lockdowns. I decided to train at the gym because I needed nutritional guidance, as well as a good exercise regimen. My coach introduced me to the world of fitness competitions. My first show was in October of 2022, and now I'm hooked!
