BIO: I'm a mom of twins and it's important to me to be an example of hard work and perseverance for them. In this day and age when trophies are handed out to kids just for showing up, I want my kids to see you must work hard, sometimes fail, and work even harder to get your reward. Nothing in life will be handed to you.
I hope to continue to inspire my clients to go after what they want as well. At one point I weighed 170 lbs. after having my twins. I had to work hard to eventually get on stage, but with hard work anything is possible. I want them to know the physique they want is within their reach if they are willing to work for it. I love this sport and the opportunities it has afforded me.
I'm humbled and honored to represent the sport and the NGA as a professional athlete.
