BIO: My name is Altara Felicia but everyone calls me Fee. I am a working mother of 2 young children currently stationed at Patrick AFB with my husband who just recently came back from deployment. My everyday life consist of taking care of my kids, working full-time, attending graduate school, and volunteering as a Guardian ad Litem, which means I advocate for abused and neglected children in my community. My hands are pretty full so imagine when I add a contest prep into the mix! My journey as a fitness competitor started in the spring of 2014. I competed in three shows that year, earning pro status at my third show. In 2015 I made my pro debut competing and placing 5th at the IFPA/NANBF Global Cup Championship in Atlanta. I then competed and placed 2nd at the NGA Pro Universe in Coral Springs. 2015 was a great year for me. My goal for 2016 has been to make some major improvements and achieve some serious gains. My short term goal is to make 2017 my best competition year yet. My long term goal is to always be healthy and happy with myself with the hopes that I can encourage others to do the same for themselves.
