BIO:I believe given the right attitude, desire, heart, mind and spirit, bodybuilding is the most rewarding sport I've ever been a part of in my lifetime. The pride I carry after being handed my first trophy is indescribable. This is a lifestyle that I absolutely love. I never dreamed that at the age of 42 with 6 kids and a career as a trauma nurse that I would reach my lifetime goal of standing on stage in the best shape of my life. The trophies are just a bonus. The biggest reward was the feeling inside. I am looking forward to the next show. Live clean, eat clean, train hard, and love life!
