BIO: I would first like to start out by saying I am an extremely blessed woman. I have the best husband and family anyone could ask for and I thank my Lord for that everyday. I strive to be a faithful person and I try to bring out the best in myself and those around me. I believe life is all about becoming the best version of yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually and that is where fitness comes in for me. Fitness has always been a part of my life even since I was a young teenager. I started out as an avid runner and progressed more into the weight training and that is where my passion and goals flourished. I get so much joy out of pushing my body to the limit and testing my level of discipline. My favorite author, Matthew Kelly, quoted "The level of your happiness is determined by your level of discipline", and I couldn't agree more. After several years of contemplating competing, I finally decided to do my first figure competition. I competed in September of 2016 at the NGA East Coast Natural and won first place in novice, debut, and figure open....it was the start of a true passion and I couldn't be more thankful for the gifts and talents I've been given. I hope to share my talents with the world to help others achieve their goals.
