BIO: I am forever a teacher and a student. I've been blessed to have spent many years in college studying multiple areas and getting degrees in communication, criminal justice, and social science. I've been teaching in higher education for several years now and do my best to always take classes whenever possible. This keeps me grounded as an educator and keeps me fresh on topics that I teach. I also feel this way when it comes to fitness. I was blessed to find a love for cardio and lifting as I have gotten older. Through encouragement of others, I found my way to teaching group fitness and doing a little training as well. Nothing pleases me more than to know that someone has learned something new in fitness, or has made a positive change in their lives due to having worked with me. I will forever be on the path for improvement and learning, and have found the best sport in which to do this.
