BIO: Exercise has been a part of my life for well over 20 years. In 2008, I decided to step it up by adding weight training to my fitness regimen. I watched in amazement as my body transformed. In addition to the tone and definitoin I gained, I also had a lot more energy. I would have never guessed over 22 years ago while in college studying to eventually become a CPA, that today I'd be a figure competitor, personal trainer and group fitness instructor educating others in this healthy lifestyle. This is my passion! This is what I love to do!
