BIO: I'm a 39 year old mother, wife, and fitness enthusiast. I live in the beautiful and diverse city of Jacksonville, Florida.
Health and fitness have always been a huge part of my life either through playing team sports growing up, competing in bodybuilding, or as just part of my day-to-day living. Staying active and healthy is just a part of who I am, mainly due to my childhood. My father was a competitive bodybuilder, therefore, at a young age I was blessed to be surrounded by the lifestyle of this extreme sport. It made such a postive impact on who I am today. Thanks Dad!
I would like to share my fitness experiences and love for the stage. I want to be a positive role model for up and coming athletes who are looking to get involved in this sport. You can be drug-free and excel with hardwork, dedication, and the right support system to guide you.
