BIO: I grew up as an overweight teen, but I've always had a passion for working out. I can remember from a very young age lifting weights in my basement in elementary school. When I got into high schooI I played soccer and softball and was in JROTC. I lifted in athletics class and competed in powerlifting meets. When I was 17, I joined a gym and started to lose some weight by exercising and eating better. After I started seeing results, it made me continue to push harder and I could start to see definition. I had a few people encourage me at the gym that I would do great in a bodybuilding competition so I decided to go for it.
I won my first show and the overall and was hooked. I've competed in the NPC my whole life but as the sport changed, the girls got bigger and bigger so I could not longer be competitive naturally. I took a 7 year break from competing and decided to get married and have a family. I have two little girls and after my second I wanted to get back into shape. I decided to give the NPC another shot. After seeing that I could not compare, I decided to try the NGA and it was AMAZING! I’m plannnig on competing as a PRO in Spring 2018 and I can't wait!!!
