BIO: I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. I received my first exposure in the world of fitness in 2006 where I competed in my first show as a lightweight bodybuilder. I remember stepping onto the stage and being nervous and excited at the same time. During my first show I placed 2nd in the novice category. From 2006-2008 I competed in two other shows. I took an involuntary break from competing for eight years, however I always had the goal to get back on stage one day. In 2016, I decided to compete again as a physique athlete at the age of 46. I did well, however I knew I could do better. In 2017, I competed in the NGA Monster Mash Natural and placed 1st in the Men's Master Physique Competition.
I am truly honored to be an NGA PRO Physique Master. My ultimate goal as an NGA PRO is to glorify God by inspiring and encouraging individuals to live a healthy lifestyle, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. I want people to know that you are never too old to obtain optimal health. One of my favorite quotes is from Napoleon Hill, "Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve."
