BIO: Being active and health has been a very important part of my life. I played football and lacrosse in high school and have a very competitive personality. Now that I am getting older it is my turn to share my knowledge with the youth! In all aspects of life I strive to be healthy and promote health and wellness into others as well. Whether it is on the classroom, the gym, the community, the football field, anywhere that I go!
Pushing myself to the limit is something that I still get to do in the gym and decided to try bodybuilding. Having a goal and sticking to it is something that I enjoy doing. All or nothing mentality!
