BIO: My love for working out and discipline came at a young age. I trained through football my whole life and competed in a few weightlifting competitions in high school. Still working out, I went on to play college football for 2 years. After several concussions and a shoulder surgery, I lost my love for the sport. I came home and decided to start taking my health and wellness more serious. With the support of my family and friends, I decided to commit to my first physique competition. I earned my pro card in my first competition and look forward to competing in many more.
