BIO: I started my bodybuilding journey at an early age (15) and have loved it ever since. It gave me a feeling of control over my life and helped boost my confidence and self-efficacy in a way that nothing else could. It has always played an important role as I went through each subsequent phase of life.

One of my favorite things about natural bodybuilding is that it's a continuous process of learning and improving. It's all-encompassing. You never have to stop doing it; it's a lifestyle. This means that everything we do is bringing us closer to our goals, or away from them. It makes us more mindful of what we do and gives everything purpose. It also allows us to become more aware of our level of discipline, or lack thereof, as we strive to become the absolute best versions of ourselves.

Natural bodybuilding is an activity that I look forward to sharing with my family and others for many years to come!
