BIO: I have very litle time to train these days. I am very busy with family and work. When I do get out to the gym, I make every minute count. Training is something I love and it seems my life is getting busier and busier but I always find a little time. After God blessed me with my second child, I could not get to the gym at night anymore so I joined a gym next to my work. My lunch breaks now consist of lifting weights and running with my wife. That one hour a day is mine and it is all about making myself and others around me better mentally, physically, and spiritually.
