BIO: I have been competing since 2013 and have been training all natural to let people know that there is a way to reverse the aging process.
When I started competing I was 232 pounds and had a 38 waist at 50 years old. I knew I needed to do something as my health was at risk. All through my younger years until the age of 40 I was very active. As the next 10 years came and went, my weight went up. I started training and in my first 15 week prep, I stepped on stage at 167 pounds and a 28 waist winning 4th place. Since then I have placed several 1st places and I have now earned my NGA Masters Pro card.
It is a great experience to have such a platform for athletes to showcase their all natural hard work on such a great stage to be recognized as all Natural.
