BIO: Husband and father of three, hard working in the office, at home and the gym. Dedicated to health and wellness after being diagnosed with high cholesterol and needed to change my eating habits. I was always overweight as a youngster and tried fad diets and quick fixes but once I embraced bodybuilding I realized it was a lifestyle change and not a short term solution. In my spare time I love watching movies, reading, and going to the movies. Sci-fi, action and superhero films are my favorites!
