BIO: I married my best friend Matt, residing in beautiful Tampa, FL. We are both United States Air Force Veterans. I am currently finishing my final year of a Master’s degree in Exercise Science with a focus on Strength and Conditioning at the University of South Florida.
I am conducting some exciting research there on the effects of an exercise intervention for a population undergoing breast cancer treatment, to potentially combat the cardiotoxic effects of their chemotherapy treatment.
I’m a fitness entrepreneur, predominantly providing exercise programming and macro coaching for online clients. Helping people lead healthier happier lives is what fulfills me and gives me purpose in life.
I am currently an ambassador for Iovate’s EPIQ Results supplement brand and stand by their product, which in combination with fine-tuned diet and exercise really brought my competition prep to the next level.
