BIO: I love fitness and I want to share that love with anyone I can. I feel I have discovered who I am. I have an incredibly strong sense of self, something that I could never say before I started this journey. I know who I am, and I love who I am, because I can now look in the mirror and see a confident, strong, independent woman. And THAT is more important than the six pack I see.
Fitness has the ability to transform you inside and out. The first step is loving yourself enough to want to make the change.
