BIO: I have been competing in and training for various sports for as long as I can remember. It's just a way of life for me and I love it. I've been coaching and training others for 33 years and I've discovered techniques and developed an overarching methodology that can make life long fitness and optimal health a goal that anyone and everyone can achieve.
I consider bodybuilding to be the "Fountain of all Blessings." It helps build the confidence and discipline that I need at work. It provides the foundation of strength and fitness for all of my other sports. It reduces any stress and anxiety that might negatively effect my relationships. It requires a holistically healthy lifestyle. "It's not what I do, it's who I am."
