BIO: I started lifting weights as a 16 year old 125 lb. weakling. After ten years of hard work, I won my NGA pro card in 2012 at the age of 26. While I still have nunerous things I need to improve upon, I believe that anyone can accomplish their goals through consistancy and hard work.
