Education: College Graduate
BIO: Christine Keefer is an award winning Figure competitor, Personal Trainer and Posing Coach. She is currently involved in the NGA/IFPA as a judge and champion figure competitor. She also works closely with Team Challenger Personal Fitness as a trainer and Posing Coach. Christine is trained in all aspects of personal training which encompasses individualized training programs, boot camps and assisting her clients in reaching their full potential and empowering them with positive changes both in and out of the gym. On top of competing and training she is a full time mother of a beautiful daughter named Amanda.
