BIO: I started training for competitions in January 2015 and competed for the first time in March 2015. After my competitions, I decided I wanted to help other people find a passion for fitness like I have. I then earned my Nutrition and Dietary Planning Certification through the NGA and have since then helped many people learn more about the foods they are eating and how to make them work to achieve their fitness goals. I have hosted challenges with groups of individuals for motivation and support as well! My passion for fitness goes way beyond the gym. This is truly a way of life for me, and I hope to inspire others to find that passion within themselves.
