BIO: I have always enjoyed sports, and have participated in a variety of them since my youth - starting out in gymnastics, then on to track and field, to tennis, martial arts and currently body building.  I enjoy living a healthy and fit lifestyle and helping others by training and educating them on health and fitness.  I teach a Women & Weights Seminar in order to educate women on proper lifting techniques as well as hoping to empower them to find their inner strength and self-esteem through lifting.  I believe that fitness should be fun, and I try to make sure that my clients not only work hard, but have some fun too!  If you enjoy it, you will be more likely to keep doing it! Thereby, achieving results!! Now that’s success!
