BIO: I am a 49 year old husband of 28 years to the most beautiful woman in the world; a father of 2 incredible sons, and grandfather of 4. I serve as a Training Chief for the U.S. Army and as a Staff Pastor at Destination Church in Hopewell, VA. I believe that we are our only limitation. If your mind can conceive it and your heart believe it, then it is possible. A healthy lifestyle, complete with eating properly are biblical: 1 Timothy 4:8 (ASV) "for bodily exercise is profitable for a little; but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life which now is, and of that which is to come." My desire is to see everyone around me live a long and healthy life. I do what I can each day in order to see that manifest into a reality.
