BIO: I love training and nutrition and everything that goes along with it. I always played sports growing up so once I graduated college weight lifting turned into the logical progression. To say that I am addicted would be an understatement. I am currently pursuing my personal training and nutritionist certification so that I can begin to help others reach their fitness and health goals.
