BIO: When I was 11 years old, I was standing in line to play pinball when I spotted a magazine with Arnold on the cover, I never played pinball again. When I was in college in the 80's there were a lot of guys using steroids. I used to watch them "blow up" physically. I knew that it shouldn't be that easy so I just stayed away from them. There was no research back then and you could get them from a doctor but I knew it was not right and I choose to stay natural.
I am proud to say that my wife and my children all workout, eat well and live healthy lives. They are also my biggest fans! My training philosophy is simple, most people need to workout harder and more often. If you only train 2 or 3 days a week you will never achieve the look it takes to become an NGA pro athlete.
