I have been working out and competing since 1987. I became a certified personal trainer and nutritional counselor in 1991. I believe that nutrition plays an important part to achieve your goals. I was a WNPF power lifter for 10 years and a 5 time weight class winner in the WNPF world championships. I won multiple bodybuilding titles over the years and am a former AAU Mr NJ. I am a former USNBA Mr Natural United States heavyweight winner and earned a USNBA pro card. I was a pro wrestler on the independent circuit from 2006 to 2010. I believe that whether you are training for yourself or for a competition you should set realistic goals for yourself. It will help you stay focused and motivated.
